Halo Button is a B2B operator app. Your business owner invites you by email, and you set a password when you accept the invite. If you did not receive an invite, ask your manager to add you in the Team screen.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link by email. The link is valid for one hour.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Halo Button in your device settings (Settings → Notifications → Halo Button). Inside the app, go to Profile → Notification preferences and confirm the events you want to receive.
Subscriptions are managed in the Halo Button web portal, not inside the app. Sign in at halobutton.com to view your plan, change tier, update payment method, download invoices, or cancel. The mobile app shows your current plan status read-only.
In the mobile app, go to Profile → Delete account. The flow confirms with you, disables sign-in immediately, and queues a 30-day purge of personal data. You can also request deletion by emailing support@halobutton.com from the address on your account.
Some records (invoices, tax data) are retained for the period required by applicable law, even after the rest of the personal data is removed.
All Halo Button subscriptions are billed through our web portal (not the App Store or Play Store). Refunds are reviewed case by case — contact support@halobutton.com or your account manager. Apple and Google do not process refunds for Halo Button subscriptions.
